Per the customer service, Qatar rep can add the Alaska frequent flyer account at the time of check in. It is hard to remember and do it at the time of check in at counter.

Seems like qatar does not want to give miles on partner airline programs anymore, they have made it very difficult.
If you had any experience with attaching partner airline frequent flyer number with your qatar ticket recently, can you please share?

Now you appear to have a pattern you may all be best served writing it all down factually with dates etc and submitting it to QR on one of the forms linked to earlier, possibly the fraud one. There seems very little point in repeatedly claiming for the same flights without changing the game.

Multiple postings about this here and on facebook or elsewhere may also have a detrimental effect on the investigation if there is any skullduggery going on and the culprit(s) realise they may need to cover their tracks. Much like any investigation, share your evidence with the experts and let them deal with it.

Bear in mind also that if you are another common link between all of these issues due to "managing" their accounts, you and/or your email or IT security etc might also come under scrutiny, just to eliminate you from their enquiries, as they say
