Looking at a trip for early spring. The routings (options on Alaska) from Washington to Portland are significantly better on Alaska than on American. The arrival times are better, the return flight times are more accommodating, etc. I get the feeling that because LPs on Alaska (Alaska coded / ticketed) flights are tied to fare class and actually mileage, that Alaska is typically better in a premium cabin earning-wise than American?
