Was wondering what your impression was of DL employees at its hubs... which hub would you say, on average, has the most friendliest and least friendliest employee?

For me, I'd say the friendliest would be SLC. I haven't connected through SLC in a while, but when I did, employees were almost always friendly and helpful.

Least friendliest would be ATL, no question—almost every ATL employee I've encountered came across quite rude and surly. DTW comes in a close 2nd with pretty unmotivated employees. LAX also trails behind in being pretty unfriendly.

MSP, JFK are middling. Haven't connected through SEA or the new BOS as hubs, so can't really comment on those.
