I called the qatar airways customer service. They said they can no longer make any changes to the frequent flyer associated with the ticket. Per the customer service, qatar rep can add the Alaska frequent flyer account at the time of check in. It is hard to remember and do it at the time of check in at counter.
Seems like qatar does not want to give miles on partner airline programs anymore, they have made it very difficult.
If you had any experience with attaching partner airline frequent flyer number with your qatar ticket recently, can you please share?
Thanks,

It's not just partners frequent flyer number, when you book on the app it doesn't associate your booking with your Privilege number and you have to call or text Qatar help desk to manually input the number into the booking. You should be able to do the same or go to Finnair or royal Jordanian and add your frequent flyer number to your booking there.
