Companion and I boarding btw A and B groups. Agent would not let my companion board with me as agent said “companion” was not listed on boarding pass. Agent denied another companion behind us. I showed my reservation showing my companion on the same flight. Agent said she worked for Southwest for 20 yrs and “companion” is always listed on the companion’s boarding pass.
