My advice would be to call them.
The WE+ cards are fantastically attractive, but tedious to use as soon as someone without a WE card travels with you. Which is difficult for kids, who have to be booked together with the WE card holding adult.
The other tedious thing is to make bookings/changes where the travel dates are in the validty periods of two different WE+ cards. The system can't handle that, you have to call.
