I called the Medallion line to ask about this yesterday, after three days of only KL having the single-connects price out (but if I'm reading their US web site right, econ tickets to get SkyTeam benfits??).

Agent was as puzzled as me, and said she'd put in a trouble ticket to I.T. She said she can force a single connect, but I didn't end up asking her to price it, as I'm still not sure of the dates in Feb.

It's wild to me that now four days since I first encountered this issue out of a strong DL hub (but with at least a little increase in foreign competition) they haven't seemed to notice enough or be able to fix it qucikly.
