Think Nepal or the Indian Himalayas (Ladakh, Leh) could be a viable spot for a luxury lodge similar to Amankora - those places are honestly even more naturally beautiful than Bhutan and have high-end travellers / mountaineers and not a ton of options. But, as you mentioned, the era for remote Amans built in new destinations has long been over. I'd imagine we're far more likely to get an Aman London or Aman Paris.
