I tried VPN (using Surfshark)... I tried taking my foreign sim out and putting back my physical US sim card... I tried GPS spoofing... NOTHING worked!!!
I called Capital One customer service and was told I can not add from overseas and have to wait until I get back to the US. But I will be out for more then a year... they don't care.
Do you mind revealing how you got this to work for you?
I connected with VPN back to my home, and it worked.
