If you like Jiro school sushi and your concierge is quoting Y20,000 at Mizukami for lunch, including some sashimi/tsumami, I'd recommend you go there; I'm sure you will enjoy it.
Can't comment on Sushi Masashi, never been.
In terms of fish preparation and variety, does one compare with the other - or it's "best of the market source available" for both of them?
