If memory serves there is a priority pass lounge but I didn't visit it.

I was there last year flying MXP to JFK, arrived to MXP about 2 and half hours before boarding, and the airport security is slow and rather meh. Personally I wouldn't want to spend more than hour and half in the lounge, all I did was shower since I was stressed, took pictures, drank some wine and ate. If we are being honest, I have had more memorable experiences in united polaris lounge and club in EWR. The lounge is nice mind you, however I wouldn't make a major detour to spend more time in it.
