TBH I'd be irked* if I'd paid however many €€€ extra a night for lounge access and found out people were getting in for 'free'. Of course it's not free as we've paid / stayed for at least 40 nights to make it 'free' but they don't understand that or the benefits of loyalty.

* not that I would have paid for lounge access in the first place
