Here are the options from my concierge - aside from price, if you had to pick one for lunch, which would it be if going for a very traditional edomae nigiri presentation

1. Sushi Take

Fee: Lunch 23,000JPY~/Dinner 29,000JPY~

You can choose nigiri or nigiri and sashimi.

A little sashimi is served beginning of the course for appetizer, but you can order sashimi separately if you prefer.

However, it depends on the availability of ingredients that day.

Reservation: Reservations can be made one month in advance

Cancel policy: 100% cancellation on the day

2. Sushi Mizukami

Fee: Lunch 20,000JPY~/Dinner 27,000JPY~

A little sashimi is served beginning of the course for appetizer, but you can order sashimi separately if you prefer.

However, it depends on the availability of ingredients that day.

Reservation: Reservations start in October.

Cancel policy: 100% cancellation fee from 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to the event.

3. Sushi Masashi

Fee: Lunch 38,500JPY/Dinner 38,500JPY

A little sashimi is served beginning of the course for appetizer, but you can order sashimi separately if you prefer.

However, it depends on the availability of ingredients that day.
