Spend is between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31. Register by Dec. 15. In other words, spend counts even before registration (beginning Oct. 1).

My offer is spend $14K/$22K/29K and receive 7.5K/17.5K/32K bonus points. I won't go out of my way to spend more on the card, but may get the smaller bonus anyway.
