Throwing an M&S lasagna in the oven after a day at work is convenience food. I think most of us here have had our issues with food in the F lounges at times, but it has never struck me as convenience food - in fact sometimes the food and beverage is so elaborate as to be inconvenient (I’m thinking particularly of this tea setup in the FCL at Munich earlier this year which monopolised the table next to my seat ):
