Yes, you can still get DL miles when booking with KLM (just don't book while logged in with a Flying Blue account or flights may credit to that account). You can also generally bring up AF/KL/VS fare options on delta.com by using ITA Matrix Powertools browser extension. Although you won't be eligible for comp C+ upgrades (or FC upgrades on domestic flights) until day of departure if booking partner codeshares on DL metal.
