Pretty dead at the beginning of this window but got quite busy by 9/915 with the late bank.

In the Dining Room I tried the scallops and salmon. Server warned me the scallops were small and asked if I wanted to double order. I said yes. They were quite good although the larger ones at IAH are better imo. The salmon was great. Both well presented by polished staff and with Lanson flowing.
