A Officially they will post 14 working days after the last flight of your holiday with a transaction date of the date of the individual flights. However in reality we have seen every combination of posting possible. They may post correctly as individual flights with correct transaction dates. They may all post in one lump. They may post in several lumps. The transaction dates may be wrong. Some may post part way through your holiday. Some may post after you return.. If the total amount posted is not correct 14 working days after the last flight in your holiday (i.e about 3 elapsed weeks) then the consensus is you should chase them. Resolving missing points can take anywhere from a day to several months, but typically takes two to three weeks.
You could add that SOP seems to be that the double points are attached to the date of the outbound, even when the return flight is in the new tier point year.
