I actually think good luck to anyone who has the time, money and inclination to spend the cash or do the nights in whatever way they can in order to generate the pass.

The lack of understanding of how business works here is astounding - people want things to work in a way that suits them, yet are happy to make unsubstantiated claims about the behaviour and actions of others, yet these people with the passes have done exactly what IHG want them to do... pay money to them and spend time in their hotels (whether HIXs or Regents) and then spending their money or points again in IHG hotels to utilise the benefit they have gained.

I really wish people would use a greater degree of intelligence and self-reflection before posting.
