Train is one of the options (taxi or car rental the others) and I would not like to do this with children and bags (T3 to airport station, airport to Manchester Piccadilly, train to Euston, Euston to LHR via taxi or underground).
Bit of an odd routing there... Surely the better and easier option would be Manchester Airport - Crewe and then change to either the Avanti or London North Western which gives you two options instead of just one from Piccadilly
