Hi all, looking for assistance to locate a missing bag LHR-CPH, bag didn’t arrive on BA816 26/9 reported to Menzies the ground agentwho issued a PIR with a CPHBA file number.
Bag was to arrive later that night and be couriered to ongoing address, subsequent flight was cancelled and bag didn’t arrive, update from Menzies this morning is that bag status hasn’t changed on their system and is still in LHR.

Tried checking/ update on BA website but it doesn’t recognise the reference no. Have tried calling BA but just get referred to website, Bot etc that gets me nowhere.

Any advice of how to talk to a person who may be able to give an accurate update on the bag location etc.
Issue is we are attending a wedding tomorrow and suit, shoes etc are in the bag,
