Unless Flight connections is deserted the arrivals route + First Wing with your Gold Card will be faster ... from the top of the Gate 22/23 airbridge where you'll arrive instead of going right to connections you walk straight ahead along a elevated walkway above the baggage hall that drops you off beside the 'normal' escalator that you use to go down to the baggage hall after passport control in T5 .. then just proceed as normal and walk straight out through customs and jump in the lift back upstairs to departures .. As you bypass immigration you just keep walking, so it takes not much time at all.
