You have two possibilities on arrival, you can either follow the purple flight connections route or follow the arrivals route. As a GGL you're probably quicker following the arrivals route, regular golds are even more advised to follow the arrivals route as they don't have the 'millionaires door' shortcut after connections security.
If you follow the arrivals route you exit landside via baggage reclaim (bypassing passport control), take the lift up to departures and through security via the first wing. First wing security is almost always quicker than flight connections.
If you follow the connections route then you have to queue with the connections security which can be quite long at busy times.
