No concern at all.

When I travel on leisure, my tickets only have Firstname Surname

When I book business travel through the corporate TA, I end up with FirstName MiddleName Surname.

Neither is an issue, and the addition of MiddleName on business bookings doesn't cause any issue with crediting to BAEC either.
