Depends on the added bundle. Unlikely you have Flex or FlexPlus bundle. So guess no.

On Jetstar manage booking does it allow you to enter QF, JL or EK ff number?

May not have the same fare class - bundles as AU fares (~confusing)

Jetstar participates in interline fares of Jetstar interline partners. These are booked in classes I,Z,A,F,E,P or B in the economy cabin

I found the same infos, but nothing in the booking. The booking info on JQ is useless (says no luggage, no meal) where LH says Luggage.

Maybe we will get an other schedule change and can rebook to an other airline…
