And just to add if the MAD-BUD flight isn't on IB then the OP won't even have access to the airside area of T4 where all the IB lounges are. Both Ryanair and Wizz use T1/T2 AFAIK.
Thanks for the info. That's how I read the rules too. The onward flight to BUD is on IB, so I think we'll have access!
