My company’s personal use code was deactivated and transitioned to a partners.rentalcar.com webpage where it prices out both enterprise and national at the corporate leisure rate but as many have mentioned, the discount is not nearly as good as it once was. It does explicitly say that the employee must be the primary renter on that page so I can confirm that at least my particular discount is not something that can be shared with friends and family. Our travel department has always told us that the agencies can request our badge as proof of employment when using the leisure code too so to make sure to have it available when using any codes/discounts so I’m not sure ours was ever able to be shared.
