Just finished YYZ-CPH-YYZ on the 321. Was able to select the throne seats. Perfectly happy with the equipment and service. Only (very minor) downside is toilet access...it is on the other side of the entry door so you cut through the galley (and if you're seated toward the back of the compartment people can snipe in ahead of you. Second meal on the WB flight was a salmon smorrebrod served with fruit and some chocolates with no choice. It was a tiny bit light (but the snack pantry was well stocked and replenished throughout the flight). The service and food is appealingly different than AF/KL/DL--would have no worry about taking the 321. They serve front-to-back, and seating further back is slightly quieter (the 12 seats of Prem Eco is directly behind the Business cabin but all service in that section is off the cart and comes from the rear of the plane so there really isn't much disturbance in the rear of the cabin.
