Consider yourself lucky, I once had a trip from NYC to DC, 2nights hotel in NY followed by 2 nights in DC, Citi froze my account on checkin to the hotel DC stating that a consecutive trip from NY to DC was suspicious.
I've had Citi randomly freeze my card due to a suspicious transaction... at a place I go to multiple times weekly and spend in the same general amount every time.
