You'll get fast-track immigration but not security ex-KUL. Security is done at the gate, and usually there isn't much of a line to warrant the need for fast track. You'll also get lounge access and a dedicated bus to transport you from the main terminal (where the lounge is) to the satellite terminal (where the flight boards).
