From what I have seen, unfortunately, Delta should only match your status up to Gold (even though you are EXP on AA). However, being a Gold on DL, you get pretty decent discount on CRC membership. But as jjglaze77 mentioned, it is important to know which city you fly out of or to most often and whether CRC is available in those hubs. If it is the mixture, then use AMEX Platinum since you will have access to "all 3 clubs" (CO, DL and NW) provided that you fly on such carrier (and operated by such carrier) on that day. I disagree with what mentioned below regarding no guests on AMEX Platinum. Here is what AMEX says.

"Free admission through the Airport Club Access Program
Wait for your flights in the comfort of a private airport club. Platinum Card members, as well as their spouses and children under the age of 21 or up to two traveling companions, can enjoy complimentary access to participating Continental Airlines Presidents Club®, Delta Crown Room Club®, and Northwest Airlines WorldClubs® locations worldwide when traveling with the respective airline that is operating the flight."

Hope this helps.
