Glad you got them back without any issues. I wonder how many people are getting screwed out of their points however, because they either didn't notice or are not pushing back on Hertz to get it fixed and reinstated.

But, that is the Hertz mode of operation these days... screw the customer with bogus fees (improper fuel charges on full tanks etc) and points expiration. Even if they only get away with it a few percent of the time, its got to end up being millions to the bottom line.
