I have a transatlantic tomorrow in PremPlus and it's showing me a menu with 2 entree choices. Right now it says "pre-orders will open for this menu as the flight date gets closer" but it's my understanding that isn't the case for PremPlus (generally no pre-order?) I'll keep checking in case it lets me pre-order.
