And yet again...the fight is so vicious because the stakes are so small!

Clearly the GOVERNMENT must step in an protect the little guy from the BIG BAD HOTEL based on a sample size of 1!!!

Not trying to defend the hotel, or Marriott, as I think they should live up to their Customer Promise, but I have no time for the extremist approach of 'I'm unhappy, therefore I must sue'...very AMERICAN attitude.

The dude should probably get some points or something for his inconvenience and the properties failure to live up to expectations, but that's about it.
