I guess that's why it's known as the 'Litigious States of America', every grievance, however slight, must be adjudicated by the court so all the offended parties can receive JUSTICE!!
I would be completely amused to see this reach a conclusion in court where the property and Marriott were found liable and then see it move to the penalty phase where it is determined that the value to the complainant for the 2 hrs lost at the RI is $14 but then also awards $1 million in punitive and compensatory damages for all of the mental anguish and subsequent suffering this caused them...smh...only in AMERICA!!
If that actually happened then hotels wouldn't pull this crap unfortunately it's not going to happen
