Never, the benefit is that of the subscription holder and those traveling with the subscription holder, on the same PNR, will benefit due to the subscription holder, If other wish to travel separately they will need to purchase their own subscription. Note the subscription is linked to the account of the purchaser and there is no link to any other traveler.
