Just be aware that you will need to know your membership number because there's now a verification that you're entitled to use the line before you get anywhere near an agent. I'm mentioning this purely because the Gold Line number is also on the back of your Gold Card, so if the reason you couldn't find it is that you've lost your card then you're going to have to rely on your memory.
