Update: booked Capitol Kempinski. replied to the confirmation email minutes after booking with a simple amendment to the reservation and the response email from the reservations agent is...disappointing. may be standard for singapore to be rigid and inflexible but our expectations for hospitality have been soured right from the beginning, as in, the response we received makes us want to cancel and book somewhere else.
