intuition, did you need to show the people at the bonded storage desk your outbound ticket when you left your bags, or just pay the flat fee and then when you were departing show the check-in agent your claim tickets.

Reason I am asking, is we would like to drop of some luggage with winter clothing we need for a later part of our trip, but then visit some other countries in SE Asia with out those bags (leaving them in TPE bonded storage), then retrieve them when we depart TPE a second time at the end of the trip. Ie. Arrive TPE, store bags, spend a week in Taiwan, depart TPE without bonded bags, visit BKK, KUL, PEN, etc. then return TPE, spend the night and then be reunited with bonded bags when departing TPE and have them checked on to that flight. Can you see any reason that wouldn't work?
