Do those Pay Later reservations ever earn 10X on the Citi AA Exec card? I know they don’t if paid through the hotel property, but it seems (from recent posts here) that they can also be billed through RocketMiles?
Mine was paid through the hotel directly so I can't use that as an example, but that's an interesting question.
