The only one of those four that could be even remotely considered "dated" would be the Peninsula, and mainly because Peninsula has its own "dated" style of furnishing (which they would probably call "timeless.") The Palace and Okura are no more than a few years old each. As for room size, all four of them have pretty good size rooms (for Tokyo, at least).

Personally, I'd stay at the Okura or the Palace. I like the MO, but it doesn't have as much of a sense of "place" as the other two. The Peninsula probably my last choice. It was one of the first luxury transplants into Tokyo after the opening of the PH, and it's starting to show its age in every respect. Not sure much can be done about it, the narrow wedge-shaped property it sits on limits the range of a potential remodel.
