Manchester keeps getting worse.

T3 used to feel like such a premium terminal. It had a superb check-in area, a great security experience, and one of the best lounges in the network. Now it's a low-cost airline terminal with rubbish check-in, slow security, and the grottiest most overcrowded lounges one could imagine. Ok....on the lounges I exaggerate a little given what else is out there on the network, but compared with what it used to be like....

Please BA Product. Mystery shop the MAN-LHR experience. It sucks. Move us to T2 and build a nice shiny lounge with Qatar :-)
