Thanks, yeah, I had seen that on the *A lounge finder but I know it's not always up to date (e.g., it doesn't show that Aspire lounge as a contract lounge for Air Canada, which it is).
My SO checked in on the Air Brussels app, and I saw the mobile boarding pass. I remember being confused at whether it shows *G status because it had the Star Alliance symbol, but the symbol looked grey/silver, not gold. I wasn't sure whether the Star Alliance logo is supposed to be gold if someone has gold status (does anyone know)?
It was the fast track security that made me think it must be picking up her 50k/*A gold status, but that gray/silver logo and the lounge denial makes me wonder.
