I posted earlier that I've stopped stressing about timelines for miles posting. I just got finished with the longest I've ever had to wait, and it was still within the stated timelines posted in the FAQs. This one was a "Pay Later" reservation, which was actually billed though and handled by Booking.com even though I made the reservation on the same aadvantagehotels.com that I always do. It took 5 weeks from checkout to post, and was backdated as they all are, to the check-in date.
So just another DP saying that in my experience (24 stays in the last 12 months), they always post within the stated timelines, and sometimes sooner.
While AAH delays make me anxious, I'm grateful that I still have every confidence in them actually posting.
This is a much different mindset than AAShopping or Simplymiles where actually getting the miles I'm expecting seems to the exception....not the rule.
