I think it might be roughly accurate. February and beyond now have prices for every day, which start at just under 20k. I'd guess this means the hotel is opening on February 1st.
Other notes:
* 14 day cancellation policy (i.e: "You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time on January 18, 2025 (14 day[s] before arrival).")
* Club Level room starts at 22k/night (about 25% above the base price)
