As others have said downthread, the higher 'tier' you are with them, the more they seem to care with all things customer service. That being said, yonks ago when they first started and I was using the basic membership I managed to get a chargeback sorted within a few weeks, although they were about 10% of their current size...

Was a bit dubious when I had to transfer some avios from BA to QR in middle of the booking as well as authorise the Revolut payment and wondered if all the back and forward would cause it to fall over but it didn't.

woobl above, I don't know the answer. I will say that I have bought a number of tickets with both EK and QR out of DUB in euro using Revolut and never had an issue , but I may just have been lucky.
Yes I've never had an issue, but I also benefit from the Travel Insurance associated with the membership tier I have. Historically, I never even bothered looking and purely treated is as an FX platform, but given the savings I now make by buying membership, I've started actually investigating what else I can get out of it - this was a nice surprise!

Agreed. Wouldn't use them as my everyday bank, but just the ticket for the occasional avios hoarding and FX
