You need to check with the check-in staff at the airport if you have lounge access as TK Elite and if you need a pass. It is not possible to answer your Q for all airports that TK operates from.

Usually you have access to contract lounges and do not need a pass/voucher from the check-in counters, but there are certainly exceptions to that.
