My personal experience is that (YMMV) they don't reverse PQP posted. But there is an Invisible "negative" in your credit card spend for the next PQP update.
So, say, $500 was spent and 25 PQPs were posted, and that purchase was reversed. Then you'll need to spend $1,000 to get 25 PQP for the next cycle.
