A bit confused about this property and pricing. Assuming rate is showing around ARS 500,000 per night the official exchange rate prices this to $518 USD/night (965ARS/1USD), but with tourist dollar rate its around 1200ARS/USD which means its more in line with $416 USD/night. Is that correct? Do I also get the 21% VAT refund if I pay with US credit card on top of the tourist rate? So really its something more in line with 400,000 ARS/night or $333 USD/night?

Sorry if its been explained before, must have missed it if so.
