IHG just closed my account claiming “fraudulent” actions against the T&C without giving any details. No clue what they are referring to.....
what can I do? Is there someone who can give me more details? Do I need to sue just to get more details?

They are doing it again in 2024. My account was closed with 16000 points and most ready to post and my daughter's account was closed as well. I contacted the CEO and a liaison messaged me back not the CEO. This liaison told me.he was working to fix the situation and threw days and several emails later basically accused me of defrauding the company saying I had multiple accounts which is not true. I only have one. He also said I was booking multiple stays and not showing up. D getting points for it that I was the. Using for reward nights. Also not true. If I can't make a reservation and it's past the cancelation time I always call the hotel and let them know. He also said I use credit cards that are invalid. Also not true. I have a corporate card and a regular card. The corporate card is used on business stays and the other card on personal stays. I have a locking feature and keep my card locked until I arrive and pay then lock it back. He further told me any account I open will automatically be closed. My address phone number and name are not on any other account. I guess any poor soul with my last name is doomed because they will automatically block those accounts as well. I have spent A LOT of money with this chain and resent this treatment and attitude from this liaison. I will stay in Marriott hotels from this point forward.
